Mixes and blends smoothly although darker in color than most of the raw carob powders which makes me question whether it is indeed raw carob rather than roasted
Most other raw carob powders ive purchased have been a bit grainier andor lighter in color
Really great flavor and quality in a cup of cold almond milk i dropped one tablespoonful of this raw carob powder stirred it till it fully dissolved in the milk
