Lately though my symptoms have been more frequent and severe following a long course of antibiotics last year and a shorter one more recently
I am usually able to manage it by eating sensibly no gluten not much milk plenty of fruit and veg after having been very ill with constant diarrhoea about 10 years ago and blitzing the nasty gut bacteria with biokult and saccharomyces boullardi
