The hoses that swan sells now are nothing like the old ones. Awaiting a response from the seller. I am very disappointed as i have an older one in this brand that is the best i have ever had.

My current one is unwieldy. It is neither soft or supple. More like hard and rigid. It kinks, leaks, and is hard to move.
