For a beginner, this is a great little espresso maker and the inbuilt milk frother is a massive bonus. The coffee has great flavour i have used illys & happy bean and both have a lovely flavour. Full fat milk, semi skimmed is perfect.
Cons
The switch for the steamer was faulty. The espresso arm is particularly flimsy, and the steam wand is tiny and ineffective.
On the manufacturer’s website it says to contact the seller! Had a replacement within 2 days. Amazon are refusing to replace it, so essentially we are without a working item and £90.
The coffee tastes like burnt plastic. It just bubbles over before it's even hot. When just using it for hot water it comes out so fast that anything in the cup has a huge foam top to it.

First time coffee machine buyer of any kind and have had this for roughly 3months so far

The only issues ive faced have been user errors such as not tamping properly pack it too tight trying to get a strong coffee and not getting consistent results with steamer and cleaning it resulted in my buying a milk frother
