Pros
It is a bit noisier than my previous kettle but not to an extent it bothers me. I find it easier to fill insitu as the lid is push down and pull up design.
Cons
It looks shabby and tired after 18 months, and needs replacing. I'm very disappointed as i liked how it looks and thought it was a reputable brand. Now looks cheap, messy and unattractive.
After only 24 months and past guarantee, the sensor stops working and the kettle switches itself off before it has boiled. Any stains on the outside very difficult to wipe off. Kettle is now permanently stained and looks awful.
It is just a kettle that's been cheaply *. The thin wood effect laminate covering starts to flake off the handle after a few months’ use. This ruins the entire aesthetic of the kettle and therefore makes it pointless.

You could easily burn your hand on the exterior of the kettle if you are not careful

It is hella hard to clean as you sacrifice the some paint coating to each cleaning making it look even worse
