Our baby had outgrown most normal swaddles. It keeps his hands out of his face & prevents the startle reflex.

Cons
The velcro loses its' adhesiveness very quickly rendering the swaddle inert. There are gaps in either side once the swadd is secured where baby can free its' hands.

I loved all of the swaddleme i bought
I have been using the swaddleme swaddle since baby was 6 weeks old
Our daughter was waking every hour with flailing arms the first night we tried the swaddleme she slept for 8hours straight

The size 03 is ok for newborn 3

May be smaller for a healthy baby nice one to have and it did lasted 3 months but durimg last days of its use before the velcro started worn out and it was easy for the baby to force its way out however now the baby has outgrown so it did what it supposed to do for 3 months but it can not be used again
