Pros
Only problem experienced is that one twin-xxl mattress did not expand entirely. There's a 2 height difference which was easily solved with a mattress topper. The mattresses are darker than the pictures on amazon, but i like the darker color.
Remote control is easy to use and the bluetooth app for the phone is a mirror of the remote. From vibration, zero gravity, anti snore, to underneath lighting. Convenient features like underbed lights and usb ports near the head side.
Each frame weighs 190lbs so it's a heavy one, definitely need extra hands and muscles, so plan ahead. If you are handy with assembly, the bed takes about 15 min. The box is heavy but reflected how this bed frame was made.
No more sleeping aids. The dog even sleeps better.
Cons
The mattress is not up to today's standard.
I am so frustrated by this process, i just want them to pick up the bed" "they are charging me nearly $300 to return the items in order to get a refund, so i'm paying to be treated like trash. I believe i got a lemon as they say in the car business!

Overall i say it is worth every penny so far
And this unit was 3k with a 25 year warranty

Delivery was a day earlier than expected
Fast shipping and customer care with notice of its delivery
Keep in mind you are ordering this from amazon but the delivery is ltl freight less than truckload
Were in oregon and shipping onlytook 6 days
Packaging/appearance
Everything arrived in tip top shape and were easy to set up
The two frames are boxed and come packaged in card board and secured to a wooden pallet
The two mattresses were also vacuum sealed and came in one box
But the box our mattress came in contained the wrong mattress
Competitiveness
Product is far superior to what i saw in my local 34mattress store34 and costs thousands less
These platforms had the same features but were a little cheaper than the avocado brand platforms
Although the stores did not carry this brand they were very similar

And like other reviewers the bed frame is extremely heavy so much so that in having the split king it is very difficult to make the bed in changing the bottom sheets and having to separate the bed apart to do this the bases are just to heavy for me alone to do this

One thing that is not good experience for me with a memory foam mattress is that there is no more sitting on the edge of the bed

If you try it doesn’t or will not support you it sinks and you find yourself pushing on the floor with your feet and your actually leaning on the side of the mattress

I was use to sitting on the edge of the bed for various reasons and now i have to make certain my bottom is centered inwards and my feet are having to hang a bit off the edge so that the mattress will support

When you sleep on it it does conform to your body but when you change positions that hole or depth from your previous position isn’t yet expanded back to normal and you find yourself rolling back into that hole

Also for some reason i find it difficult to turn on the mattress for some reason it’s just a totally different experience with a memory foam mattress then a standard spring mattress
