Pros & Cons
Pros
The sv305 camera is based on the amazingly sensitive sony imx290mc color sensor. The pixel density of the sensor is about the same as that of a 22-mega pixel aps-c sensor. I wish it were mono since i'm using it as a guiding camera.

The purity and stability of the shooting are very good. Overall a great bang for the buck. Good starter and cheap.
The image is the result of collecting and stacking a 20-second avi recording. These videos can be converted to avi, stacked and processed using several software packages.
Cons
The camera is probably very good, however it is by no means mac compatible even after contacting the company. You have no control of zoom so basically it is what it is.
