Pros

Product is exactly as described and does the job. It pops out of the pivot making access so easy. It makes install painless.

Needed to cover a hole from house maintenance. Needed access door to cover up drywall hole.

Well made, sturdy product. Durable and takes paint. Will scratch door finish using flat blade (eg screwdriver) especially if painted.

The square to cut is 7 3/4 to fit opening. Just used adhesive caulk to mount this. This is glue in and if you get wrong you will tear up the drywall getting out. Fit perfectly without needing to use any adhesive.

Door requires some leverage. I like that the door is removable. No hinge or anything, but easy enough to pop the * open with a screwdriver.

Cons

There were no measurements or information about the size of the interior *. The frame comes with a place for a latch to attach to but the door doesn't have any latches. The hinge pins are thin plastic so watch out for breakage while installing.
