I would rate it 5 stars if and only if your kayaks scupper holes holes are more or less than those listed measurements guess thats why the product description states fits most sot kayaks so they should note this exception more specifically therein

Bought mine from amazon warehouse slightly used 20 cosmetic damage at about a third off the 100 msrp so value outweighed this design flaw as i rigged something to the cart to counter slippage
