Water bottles have a tab that locks into the smaller finger grooves on the water bottles. They hold the bottles very secure, but the design is a bit tight. This looks fantastic and holds the water bottle very securely, even when going off-road.
Plastic seems durable and not flimsy. Very lightweight and a nice sleek design. Need washers to distribute the load and blue loctite 242.
Cons
Cages interfere with each other if you’re planning on mounting two of them…one on the seatpost tube and the other on the downtube. One major flaw is that it requires 2 hands to get a water bottle into the cage. They are fragile.
The tab that locks into the recess of the waterbottle near the neck is half an inch too short. Way too small for regular, reusable cycling bottles.

I prefer to buy such things on amazon they are cheaper and not inferior in anything in quality

Granted they were mounted in a fashion they werent designed but they didnt hold up well at all
They feel like a brittle cheaper material than a name brand one
But i probably would have spent an extra 10 bucks to get lezyne cages if i had known this
