Pen constantly fails when trying to write and have to reclick bottom button to get it to write again in onenote even though i never clicked it before

I only with the buttons on the side had a slightly higher profile as i have to double check where they are and which one im clicking

Gave it 4 stars because i have noticable lag with the stylus when drawing on my surface pro 7 and if you are a person who uses the eraser on the microsoft surface pro stylus then the transition to no eraser may be a little annoying

First one stopped working after 6 months so the 2nd one i decided to purchase a more expensive one the microsoft pen and it stopped working 2 days after my return date but amazon was kind enough to offer me a full refund
