Putting the wheels in the microwave didnt help

What i did put the wheels inside a bucket with soap with boiling water for 10 minutes or so then struggle with the tool that came with the tire and a screw driver for additional support

As soon one side is on the wheel add force by stepping on top of the tire and continue stretching the tire until the entire tire is on the wheel
