The screws to lock the mount is impossible to get to as the brackets are against the wall. Trust me, this product is just “garbage’. Returned it and got something else.

If you need to take the tv off the bracket for any reason its just a matter of pulling the 2 cords tilt the bottom of the tv towards you and lift
