Tube inside is too long causing lack of water to be ingested into the pipe. A few steps are blatantly skipped. Tried to attach pole to stand with 3 screws as per instructions. Supplied with two types of m4 bolts and tired both.

Spanners bolts inc the 10mm to go through the desk if you choose that method

There should be a velcro strap to hold thelaptop on the stand

The product was fairly simple to assemble however the tray is not flatstraight and is slightly tilted which in turn means the laptop is tilted
