If you read things that say herxheimerdie reactions arent true i beg to differ and dont buy it based on my experiences

Also you can spot higher end probiotics from your doctor or local health store because they require refrigeration and this one does not

If its not refrigerated then the number of cfus has already been degraded so if not refrigerated youre guaranteed to get fewer live cfus than whats on the label
