The customer service is excellent and prompt. They respond to questions right away and they are very professional and helpful.

This board is everything i hoped it would be. It is a second board for me and i love it for when i am packing in to remote areas.

I feel like the inflatable board distributes weight better than a rigid sup board. This sup is extremely durable, stable on the water and of good quality.

The rubber feels thick and the seams all looked like they were well manufactured. They are definitely sturdy. It's rugged but sturdy.

Cons

Bottom rudder keeps falling off. Colors are not as bright and pretty as the image. Very unstable. Would not recommend the supflex.

Sturdy even for a firsttimer even easy to carry for a 51 wimpy lady lol

The hand pump is very solid and build with quality materials

Always make sure the pin is in the right place before pumping as i made that mistake and had to refill it after it started losing air

Unfortunately after a few uses the valve on the second one broke as well so now i inflate using a different pump or by “eying it”

Price

This one had it all with a great price and i can easily carry it around

All in all i think this package seems like a great deal and i cant wait to put more hours on the board

You can pick one up for about 140

The short story is that it seems like i got a very nice product at a low price in the world of inflatable sups

Also the board came much earlier than expected when i ordered it so that was a nice bonus

The customer service is excellent and prompt

Once we received them my wife and i quickly unboxed and inflated them

Hudson worked with amazon to insure the boards would get to me in time and sure enough we received them before our vacation started

The package that i got didnt include the backpack and i really miss it

It compares well with other isups i have tried tower and roc

This is just something you dont see from companies anymore

I did extensive research online and had a hard time deciding between this one and other more well known 34brand34 names

I know that some of the other sup brands include that in their package but i will just have to buy one separately
