These slider gives that extra bit of height to the bed while moving them which prevents the central legs from being dislodged. They work great on our tile floor. Didn't scratch the wood and seems very sturdy.

These furniture movers do work but they take some getting used to

As others have mentioned if the furniture is light you tend to lift when pushing and the movers fall out from under the furniture

They worked quite well with some heavy bedroom furniture except that it is very hard to lift furniture to get them under the legs and then subsequently get them out from under the furniture after you have moved it

If you bump into any of this it may move a little but i just inch it back into position

If you the bed without these sliders there is every chance of you dislodging the supporting legs at the middle of the bed

Im sure they would be great however somehow i missed that they were for hard wood floors i know it says that some how i overlooked it
