Other buyers have mentioned they found their’s to be very tight so i’m not sure if maybe they had the smaller hole on their thigh and the larger hole at ankle level

If ur in a hard cast ull need to chop it a bit

I was very tentative taking my first shower with my leg in plaster but not a single drop of water got through the seal

And they had to keep my poor toes dry following surgery with strict instructions not to get them wet…
