Pros

The mat covers a 2'x4' sheet of 1/2 plywood, which prevents the bike from leaving dents on the carpet. The mat is thick & comfortable. The large 90 one is perfect for a treadmill.

This smartmats mat is the one! Comparably priced.

They're very resilient. The only downside so far is that the grooves make them dirt and hair magnets. My roomba has no problem cleaning the mats either.

Cons

The area of where i mount and dismount has a hole completely worn through. At most, this mat should be used for yoga and not anything with dumbbells.
