Pros
Used on a rug in the kitchen by the stove. I love that it has a small footprint as it's in a main area. For use under my keiser m3 plus spin bike / cycle on hardwood floors.
Perfect for my schwinn ic4 bike. Works great for our nordictrack act 10 elliptical. Now it's in the bedroom on luxury vinyl plank.
Perfect size for my pro-form cardio-hiit machine. Have a bowflex max sitting on it and just the right size. It is heavier than the one from supermats.

Product description says product 48 x 36 x 1 inches. One has a nice shiny finish on it and the other is very dull looking.

We used this under a litterbox to avoid the litter getting all over the carpet and works well with this
We have a hiit machine on it and havent noticed it move squeak or smell in the past few months since we got it
Also we have 250lb weights resting on it as well

Dont expect this mat to provide large amounts of cushion for high impact cardio exercises youll need something better suited for that

I would recommend this instead as it could be a home equipment stabilizer for carpets or protector for hard floors or to handle many other situations

So i spent waaaaaay too much time looking for mats to go under my dog crates before finally finding these
