Pros
Mat is well constructed and large enough for just about any treadmill. Fits under very large treadmills & is doing it's job. This fits my cycleops trainer and rollers just fine.
It is strong enough for light to medium use. Well padded as well. Nice weight and great shock dampening.
Cons
The material is so thin that i wouldn't be surprised if placing my treadmill on it will puncture it immediately. Imagine it will dissipate, but hope it doesn't do anything to my hardwoodoverall 2.

Those were solid and protects both the carpet and equipment so i purchased it here for other purposes now such as under tv stands to make them easier to rollmanuever so i can get to the cables in back but the mat i received was soft not solid so it was not like the one by the same manufacturer purchased in 2007
