I'm not overly buff but athletically built for a thinner guy (6’ 160lbs) and the m size fits well. Purchased 2, large for my husband and small for my 9yr old son. It fits very well. My hubby likes it!
It's so comfortable and breathable. The shirt fits well and washes up good too. The fabric is very soft and comfortable.
Cons
