The best way to take it is to let it dissolve under your tongue. This will give your body a chance to absorb it directly into your bloodstream. These truly are a dissolving sublingual, they taste great and are super affordable.

Get this form of b12 (methylcobalamin) rather than the cyano form. Methylated is the form easiest to metabolize and use. Has methyl folate, the natural version of b-12, as the doctor ordered.

These are so * but they work wonderfully! This is so easy to use! Superior source is a great brand, very pure ingredients.

Cons

It is my fault for not noticing that these had folic acid, instead of methyl-folate, the kind you can take with mthfr. Cons - taste terrible.
