These inserts are amazingly comfortable, and i didn't have to trim them at all! Just gently and firmly placed them in. They are pricey but worth every penny!

These inserts fit snugly in my bont skates. Pair them with a pair of hoka one bondi 8 and they are so comfortable. These are my second berry pair, and i will continue to buy.

A pair of superfeet inside makes them orthopedic. They provide back support, relieve pain and make walking comfortable again.

Cons

The right insole looks used. They take up so much room in the shoe that my feet slip on the heel.

Hate that these are cost more then super feet green

Dr said try these first before ordering a 500

Either way they are worth the 50 if it means being able to walkrun farther with little to no foot painfatigue
