Pros & Cons

Pros

The best shoe insert. In my sneakers & dress shoes (which i use the most) they last about a year or a little more. They tend to outlast my shoes, so i can swap them into new ones without having to buy new superfeet.

They are sturdy and efficient. They are comfortable and i think they have helped my pf. This is my third set, second of this exact one - the first lasted many years.

Product helps realign posture, reduce knee pain and foot pain. Helps with plantar fasciitis.

These are great for shoes without removable insoles. These are not squishy insoles, but they align my feet perfectly. They give me arch support in dress shoes that i didn't think i could fit full insoles in. For a road cyclist, they are perfect.

Cons

Men's dress shoes are generally narrower in the heel so it won't push back/seat. Even if you are able to squeeze it in, it's so thick that it crams your foot against the upper.

Competitiveness

Ive used other superfeet products mostly the green full insoles and like them all but this is my favorite

The green superfeet insoles felt a little high in the arch at first but these felt great right out of the box

I bought the green superfeet insoles for my running shoes but wear dress shoes to work

I suspect in most cases theyll do the job
