Pros

The design leaves plenty of room for the traditionally tight (low volume) toe box in men's dress shoes. The only problem is that they can slide around some inside the shoe - especially when hiking down a mountain. Last’s a few years in my work boots.

Orthotic inserts relieve plantar fasciitis pain. Voltaren cream relieves knee pain.

Cons

Magnanni leather sneakers - none. Sliding down the leather footbed makes this insole literally useless for what is made for. For how much actual material is there, these are overpriced. These things are painful to wear.

Insole slides down the footbed as you insert your foot in the shoe. Men's dress shoes are generally narrower in the heel so it won't push back/seat. Fell apart after two months of use.
