Pros
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these are the only inserts that relieve the pain. These inserts don't absorb moisture, they’re great. Would buy again.
Cons
Insoles have a very shallow heel cup, no lateral support, and less arch support than i'd expected. It is somewhat cushioned. Did not like the hardness in the heel area hurt foot. The instep is very high and very uncomfortable.
The superfeet guarantee is worthless. This guarantee is subject to the retailer’s return policy. The packaging says i can return them up to 60 days after purchase, but amazon has closed the return window.

These are a good, quality product if the stiffness is right for you.
I think i work best with the green inserts but superfeet has become too proud of those and i am looking for more affordable alternatives.
You can find other brands but honestly why waste your money on buying something that isn’t well made with quality materials.
Competitiveness
I rated these a 4star just because of how they worked for me.
I am always satisfied with my superfeet insoles.
I tried superfeet flex and flex max.
They don’t have the plastic arch support like other superfeet inserts which for me i find uncomfortable.
I used to use another superfeet insole with higher arch.
The other superfeet that i tried were much too firm or high in the arch for my comfort.

My legs got destroyed in a soccer game after wearing a new pair of cleats and i couldn't figure out why until i looked closer at the shoes.

The inserts were completely flat and i have high arches so there wasn't any support for my feet.

These aren't super soft inserts so if you're looking for something more comfort oriented i wouldn't recommend the green.

I've moved to more flexible orthotics from superfeet green.

I was never able to make peace with the off the rack versions of superfeet insoles in my hiking or walking shoes.

In my athletic shoes i've been using a firm foam insole from new balance but they're spendy compared to other soft insoles.
