Pros

Perfect in every shoe and boot. These fit snugly and perfectly on my feet, and swapped into my nike air zoom pegasus runners. The low profile works great with my cleats (just swapped these out for the old insoles) these are thin enough that i can use ...  Read More

The superfeet carbon insoles are the thinnest and lightest insoles that they have. They provide enough support for me to run comfortably without pain for the duration of my run. They are a must-have for any cyclist look for more comfort.

Cons

Sof soles have a hard plastic heel cup through to the arch. They elevate the heel and the plastic makes it hard to flex your foot. As other reviewers have said, these insoles squeak after initially trying them on doing bball drills. I also have a narr...  Read More

Horrible product and returning. These are not them. This is so painful and not worth the cost. They are the lightest and most painful to run in.

Quality

These insoles work great with cycling shoes and reduce leg and knee alignment issues due to a fallen arch

Very slim and easily fit in shoes without bulk

The plastic in the insole makes squeaking noises when you walk which is embarrassing when walking through a very quiet office

The first walk i had zero knee pain and i was cautiously optimistic

Price

I would recommend this product and my only complaint would be the price

I’ve been wearing expensive orthotics and these seam to work just as well

I guess you get what you pay for

While i love superfeet insoles i feel they are overpriced

Shipping

They arrived days before my trip and i started using them immediately

Competitiveness

From trying other brands that were hyped about i know these are tried and true

Nothing like those cheap drugstore or dr scholl’s kind

I have different types from the brand now for different shoes for work gym running and casual shoes
