The superfeet carbon insoles are the thinnest and lightest insoles that they have. They provide enough support for me to run comfortably without pain for the duration of my run. They are a must-have for any cyclist look for more comfort.

Horrible product and returning. These are not them. This is so painful and not worth the cost. They are the lightest and most painful to run in.

Carbon-polymer means plastic. Not really foamy or cushiony. Not an absorptive cushioning plastic. It feels like i'm walking on a cheese grater.

These insoles work great with cycling shoes and reduce leg and knee alignment issues due to a fallen arch

Very slim and easily fit in shoes without bulk

The plastic in the insole makes squeaking noises when you walk which is embarrassing when walking through a very quiet office

The first walk i had zero knee pain and i was cautiously optimistic

Price

I would recommend this product and my only complaint would be the price

I’ve been wearing expensive orthotics and these seam to work just as well
