Pros

They fit in my blundstones and don't cause any pain or numbing because they take up a tiny bit more room than the insoles that came with the boots. Accurate in sizing with extra length to be cut to your toe/shoe shape. Fits into all shoes that i’ve tr...  Read More

I like this ones because the carbon plate is more durable than the thicker ones. They have a new customer for sure. Good carbon spring.

The superfeet carbon insoles are the thinnest and lightest insoles that they have. Choosing the most fitting shape is the most important thing for purchasing an insole.

Cons

The box was smashed and taped back up. These are not only uncomfortable, they are painful. I need low profile inserts and thought these would be good, but they are terrible.

As the hard insole flexes it make a very loud creaking noise. The insoles were definitely opened and lightly used before. I also have a narrow foot the insole would not fit in my shoe width wise either.
