Has an individual strap for the handle. Perfect for popping under the seat on a flight. Perfect as a ryan air second baggage item.
All in all delighted with purchase. No complaints from me. Would recommend, great value for money.

The actual size is of an overgrown camera bag but that is the required size of the free ryanair second bag

It was stuffed to the brim for the return leg and would not quiet fit in
