This mat gives me the perfect surface for making dough on my tiled island that does not provide a smooth surface. It washes clean easily, and stores nicely rolled up but unrolls flat when you are ready to use it.

The diagrams on the mat helps you get the exact roundness you want for your pie crust or whatever you are making. Great size for making pie dough, roll-out cookies, filo dough. Gonna get one for my cook table at the bbq.

Mat is 20 tall by 28 wide, perfect for rolling or stretching pizza dough. Too big to fit in my oven, but great for preparing dough.

Everything comes off really easily with soap and water, though can be unwieldy if your sink isn't large. I just use a little soapy water, rinse and let air dry for about 10 min.

Cons

My old silicon mat cleans better. The surface has many tiny bumps which look like bubbles or holes. It has bumps from the cloth embedded and i think those bumps keep it from working as well as flatter or smoother mats.
