Pros

Band is very stretchy, but thick so it does not feel like its going to rip. Long and heavier than the other colors, but it's the most durable. Very strong and durable.

Works same as extra lightweight yellow band from physical therapy place. A lot of exercise options. Good peice point.

Cons

Piece of junk. Too much material to grip in your hand comfortably. Snapped on me just after a month.
