Brilliant headtorch i do alot of trail running in the woods this is great even when its a bit on the large side but it stays put even when running be wary though i bought one and it was faulty and when i went to return it to amazon i noticed some bits lenses had fell off and also on the 2 nd one i had to tighten the lenses as they were loose
