It truly is a miracle and blessing for me! I like this supplement which helped my energy level. It isn't easy to * but it helps if taken with water.

Cons

Buyer beware that even vitamins can be dangerous in excess. This looks like a scam. Had to ask for a refund.

Capsules look and smell like regular turmeric capsules, not a vitamin b complex. Label indicates a vegan formulation, but it contains inositol, which is only derived from animal muscle. It is not vegan.
