Good not chalky has nice flavor blends well in green drinks although if you let them sit around as i do if can get a touch gloopy

I blend mine with 3 ice cubes and a banana as a base and add more flavors in otherwise its not great on its own

People with food allergies malabsorption issues need approximately 30 more protein than nonallergies suffers so this helps fill that void plus it is nonacidic
