Pros
This product provides 150 mg per capsule, is organic and vegan. Many ashwagandha supplements require 2 pills, this one is only 1 pill per the serving size which i like better.
Sun warrior is a reputable brand and this ashwagandha seems to be good quality. I'm confident this is quality sourced. Besides the stress relieving this is known for, overall health support is emphasized.
There are 30 capsules per bottle which were easy to * and did not upset my stomach. I like that it is just one pill & the ingredients are very simple and straight-forward with no fillers or junk.
