I know its probably not recommended but i had to trim the foam a little in the back of the helmet to get it to fit properly the clicking adjust feature is a nice touch but it pressed against the back of my head uncomfortably and i had to trim the foam by a few centimeters to make the helmet fit and to let it recess so the hard plastic wasnt pressing into my head
