One of the headsets somehow changed languages on me and i could not find the instructions to change the language back in the manual

Charged them up and connected with no problem had to change the buds to fit my ears

There was no bass in the sound so i had to put on my bass booster it was okay

There is an up and down button on the ear piece so that you dont have to get out the device that you are connected to constantly and turn the volume up or down

The big circle button in the center of the other ear piece is that on and off button as well as the sync button both in which work great have not had a problem yet even though with any bluetooth device just dont get too far away from the device
