Im not sure if my headset is defected or its just a poor quality product but my friend said he can barely make out what i am saying over the phone

The right earbud sound is also slightly diminished compared to the left earbud so the sound quality is weird sometimes

Also occasionally the sound of the people i talk to over the phone sounded warp and weird

Update so i tested it out on several phone calls to different people and it doesnt seems as bad as one of my friends said

This headset is a middle of the road headset

Fortunately the customer service went out of their way to help me with that by offering a refund
