My original unit did not turn on as in it never has a green light turn on even in full florida sun with no clouds

Because i started so late in the day i really did not expect the phone to charge nearly as well as it did

Although with the strap running in the middle of the charger the charger would not lay completely flat and kind of taco inwards slightly which lead to decreased surface area for sun exposure

Michael from suntactics quickly replied that for 15 i could send my charger back them and they would professionally drill and install grommets

A few days later i got the following email from michael stating i just want you to know that we received your panel and after inspection we decided to replace your scharger5 with a new unit
