I tried using one pad to hold ipad on wall but ipad fell off

Using one small round pad the clock also fell off the wall

I was unable to attach l and later p plates to the back of my car because like so many cars today it was all glass and plastic so there was no metal for the magnet to stick to and the streamlining meant there were no stickyout bits to tie it to

Needless to say both the plate and the pad disappeared but that was entirely my own fault
