Pros
As it's so firm, it should have great longevity, with just toppers being changed out over time. My renters rave about them. Recommend for heavy people with a sturdy topper.
It is heavy but it is rigid so comparitively easy to move into position for opening. Made using heavy gauge steel coils that are individually wrapped. Bed was delivered timely and very well packaged.
It's very soft and cozy but bumpy because how it's sewn together. This bed is a little more firm but does soften up within 2 months of use.
The mattress is very comfortable for both of us, soft at the top and doesn't sink in which was a decisive factor for my partner. It’s more comfortable than i imagined. It provides enough give so that it is (in my opionion) comfortable.
Cons
My back is the primary instigator of my discomfort. There is no sensation or observable artifact of the bed forming dips/bowl shape. It makes me wonder wth people were sleeping on before to give this bed such positive reviews.
The 8'' latex mattress has a strong chemical smell. The cover also has an uncomfortable rim on the underside. It has multiple layers of foam glued to the cover that cannot be removed. It's flaking like crazy once you start removing the cover.

If you want it a little cushier i suggest getting a latex topper only get a 1 inch maybe 2 if you like to maintain good firm back support
