Not a true fluid head. Cannot film smoothly. Horizontal fluid action is completely missing. Vertical fluid axis is too stiff. Would not recommend for anyone filming outdoor video.

You have to hold the tripod with one hand while panning with the other but the action is so stiff that my camera still stutters from the tripod moving because the action is so stiff and i cant hold the tripod firmly enough with my other hand
