Pros
For the price, it's great for experimenting. The wires are glued well and are high quality. Use the panel itself as your light sensor!
Cons
It is not returnable. Can't return because of amazon refund/return policy. If you buy these it's just a gamble.
I am using a voltage boost board because the solar cell voltage does not cut it. It works but somewhat lower power than described (about 70 percent of what was described) at the full sun light and can barely lit a smallest led lamp.
