Pros

It is very sturdy and looks great. The weighted bottom is fantastic. When you tear a piece of paper towel from the roll, it stays sturdy.

Cons

Don't buy this one. I get so mad at myself every time i buy cheap amazon things that end up not working out lol. Item has no longevity.

Kind of looked like a high school craft project. Not kid-friendly. Manufacturing needs better quality control.

The rubber/synthetic anti-skid part on the bottom is uneven, so there is metal sticking out instead of the gripper part. Bolt holes are not drilled correctly.
