Pros

Low impact, easy on the joints, and effective. Good for stretching and between gym visits. The elliptical is stable enough that i even let go of the hand bars and just pump my arms as if i was jogging.

Quieter than my squeaky rebounder. The slider is far quieter than a regular elliptical, but its a slider.

This glider is perfect! I am only 5 feet tall and this fits me perfectly. I'm 70 years old, and this was a breeze! I'm 61 and it's functional, but would be better for someone 5'10 or under.

It's cheap and gets the job done. Sturdy piece of exercise equipment for the price. A bargain for theprice. Just as advertised.

Cons

It’s a glider, not an elliptical just to be clear. It just glides back-and-forth. I hardly use it because of the limited leg span and it does not glide. The stride is not as described and it uncomfortable to use.
