The instructions are broken english and lacking but you can look up which end is which and use it in line with what youre trying to accomplish

Just be sure to not use something too wet as the device is not listed as waterproof

Blue wavelength is supposed to be more like an anti acne

Red wavelength is supposed to accomplish more anti aging but again once you have a little more moisture on your face it seems like it can really just change willy nilly
