My dog has had 3 has destroyed the first one in the first day second one in two or three days and the third is already damaged on the first night

The issue is he is in his destructive phase now and very determined to break every toy i leave him alone with

He first discovered if he bites hard enough on the green tilt whistle it will pop into hollow chasm of the toy which doesn’t ruin the toy necessarily but it’s squeaking becomes a bit less consistent

But once he figured out the bone patterns on it had a weak spot he started breaking them off and eating them annihilating the toy in the process and eating plastic

Update i cant give the to him even during supervised play because he immediately starts tearing off the raised bone patterns
