The home button and phone are unique to each other and can not be replace if touch id is to work

This means that the original home button must be fitted to the new screen to enable touch id

A note of caution the home button connection and ribbon are very delicate much care should be taken not to damage as this is the only button that will work with touch id

Its a shame the seller was not aware of the issue with touch id this would have saved me the time and effort of changing the screen twice him the cost of a replacement screen

Be prepared for some fiddly work to swap everything over but nothing too difficult
